CALL FOR FACILITATORS Submission Deadline: June 22, 2026 HR Reset 2026 is a business-forward leadership experience to elevate how professionals—across HR disciplines and adjacent functions—show up as true business partners, regardless of role, title, or career stage. The conference balances learning, connection, reflection, and application to maintain energy and engagement throughout the day. FACILITATION FORMATS Conference attendees will be able to experience two distinct formats for concurrent sessions—Breakout Sessions and Learning Labs. Session topics have been selected by conference planning committee and are 60 minutes in length. Information on session types and facilitator requirements is provided below:

SUBMITTING PROPOSALS Facilitators may submit a proposal for either a Breakout Session or Learning Lab. Facilitators will need to complete and submit the linked Google Form document, which asks for detailed information to include the following:
SUBMISSION DEADLINE All requested information must be submitted by June 22, 2026. SELECTION PROCESS AND NOTIFICATION TIMELINE Submissions will be reviewed by the conference planning committee. Facilitators will be notified of selection via email by July 24, 2026. FEES AND EXPENSES We believe the conference provides facilitators with opportunities to increase their visibility and establish connections with a targeted audience. We are looking for facilitators willing to share their expertise without expectation of payment in the spirit of giving back to the HR community and networking. Facilitators selected for conference sessions will receive complimentary conference registration. Facilitators will be responsible for travel, lodging, and other conference-related expenses. Hotel accommodations at the conference hotel may be reserved by facilitators at the discounted conference rate based on availability. RECERTIFICATION CREDIT Proposals should meet the curriculum and standards for SHRM Professional Development Credits and HR Certification Institute recertification credit. MARKETING POLICY Facilitators should refrain from promoting their company’s products or services during their session. Recertification credit will not be granted by SHRM or HRCI for sales or marketing presentations.
