Luncheon presentation 12:00 – 1:00 pm
What most often comes to mind when encountering the word feedback? Discomfort? Negativity? Each conversation a leader has with a colleague either moves them both forward or keeps them stuck….switches engagement on or shuts a person down. Feedback is known to be the most delicate conversation of all yet none of us can be our best without regular, genuine, well-delivered and well-received feedback. In this interactive program we experience feedback in new ways – with neutrality and objectivity.
- Learn to give feedback in a way that motivates change rather than makes the recipient feel defensive.
- Learn to receive feedback in a way that builds trust and communication.
- Practice being able to give and receive feedback to set yourself apart as an exceptional leader.
