Holiday Inn–Round Rock, 2370 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock, TX 78681
Registration, Networking, Lunch: 11:15 AM – 12 PM
Luncheon presentation 12:00 – 1:00 pm
Specifically focused on medium to small sized organizations, this session will center on how to create and implement a veteran recruitment program when resources in the organization are limited. Challenges experienced are not only how to find the right veteran candidate but also how to translate military experience into non-military jobs. This starts with a proper "veteran ready" assessment; identifying resources to help you identify the right candidates; and how to onboard and retain that highly sought veteran. Participants will discover how to create effective and sustainable veteran/reservist recruitment programs.
