  • Why HR needs to know why and how employees and employers communicate in the workplace:

    It’s All In The Numbers…….

    • 90.4% of Millennials, 77.5% of Gen X, and 48.29% of Baby Boomers in the U.S. use Social Media.
    • Nearly 6 in 10 (58%) of U.S. Consumers use Social Media to follow brands and/or employers.
    • In 2020, the average person will have more conversations with chat bots than with their spouse.
    • Social Media is not a marketing tool, it’s the way we communicate in today’s world.
    •  HR doesn’t have a choice to digitally transform, it’s how well we understand it to support better workplaces.
