Are you a leader because you have a title on your door or are served parking spot? Just because people followed you yesterday, doesn't mean that they will follow you today. The perception of your leadership has to be earned each day with action and behavior. It takes understanding yourself as a leader and how your team perceives your leadership. Most of the time people believe that they are effective and efficient leaders, but their employees/ followers may have a very different perception. While positional power gives you the right to be where you are, it is the perception of your personal power, actions and behaviors that gives you the ability to be an effective leader.

In this keynote you will:

  • Understand how perceptions work and how you can use them
  • How to assess your own perceptions
  • Learn how to read your team's perceptions
  • Use team perceptions to build your company culture
