Questions are one of the most powerful ways to take our communications, collaboration, and results to the next level.

Questions connect people. They enable discoveries and insights, and insights are the basis for transformation and improvement.  When we connect, we discover new ways to collaborate, co-create and transform ourselves, our companies, and the world.

Learning Outcomes

In this highly interactive workshop, you will:

• Experience the difference in yourself and others of being asked two different types of problem-solving questions and know why each of them produces different results.
• Experience and learn questions that help companies, teams, and individuals move from problem-focused thinking to solutions-focused thinking - from obstacles to possibilities.
• Experience and learn a set of powerful questions that help people discover what they want, the resources to get there, and what will be possible when they get it.    

After participating in this workshop, you will have new tools to increase the collaboration skills of your team members and the results they get.

You will be taking away questions that you can use with anybody, inside or outside of your organization, to make every interaction collaborative, pleasant, and highly productive.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before the close of business on the Monday prior to the event due to final headcount needed by the venue. Please note, refunds cannot be issued after the Monday prior to the event as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved.
