Catherine has served in senior level in-house positions, including as general counsel and head of public affairs for one of the Country’s largest semiconductor manufacturing facilities. She possesses deep knowledge of the legal concerns of sophisticated companies and provides efficient, practical guidance based on experience, not theory, when employment issues arise. The focus areas of Catherine’s practice include employment law, workplace investigations, legal training and HR consulting.

EMPLOYMENT LAW

Catherine advises individuals and companies on legal issues related to hiring, firing, non-competes, wages and hours, FMLA, ADA, claims of harassment, discrimination and everything in between.

WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS

A member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Catherine has years of experience conducting internal investigations into complaints of workplace harassment, discrimination, and unethical conduct.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before the close of business on the Monday prior to the event due to final headcount needed by the venue. Please note, refunds cannot be issued after the Monday prior to the event as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved.
