Luncheon presentation 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Ever had a great idea that you know would help your organization but others are doubtful, or non-responsive? Whether its better managing a process or improving people practices, HR’s ideas and contributions matter and need to be heard - so why won’t decision-makers listen? Join this session to learn a strategic approach to boosting your executive presence and driving better results. Professionals with executive presence cultivate and connect meaning and purpose in all matters and are intentional in their presentation and interactions with others. These individuals inspire confidence, even under periods of stress, pressure, and uncertainty.

Bring your ideas and challenges to this session where we will learn how to manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to better influence organizational behavior and outcomes. In this simulated environment with real-work situations, we will drill down on your own innovative ideas that will benefit the workplace and then practice articulating work product value and budget savings.
