With results from your personalized Everything DiSC® Workplace profile, let’s have some fun. During this networking opportunity, participants will learn more about DiSC® in a Virtual World and an entertaining way to apply it. Everyone on the Zoom call will have had the opportunity to complete a free personalized Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile. Join us - even at the last minute – we can make it easy for you to receive an electronic code to find out more about your personal behavior and that of others through the world’s most valid and reliable DiSC® tool. Be prepared to grab the beverage of your choice, relax and learn from each other as you DISCo with DiSC®!

Through this Networking Event, participants will learn:

· Communication styles that align with others who have similar DiSC® profile results

· Frustration that might be experienced in trying to understand and work with others of different styles

· Tips, tools and techniques for solving problems and generating innovative ideas to problem solving with others of similar or different DiSC® communication styles.

About the Presenter:

Alice Dendinger, SPHR is a lifetime Senior Professional in Human Resources with over 38 years of experience assisting leaders, managers, supervisors, and direct reports at every level to "work better together."

After 20 years as a day to day HR Professional within varied work environments, she started the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group in 2002 and PivotU in 2014. Through consulting, training, and coaching, Alice has focused her work on strategic management, organizational development, employee relations, communication, performance management, mediation and conflict resolution.

She has a Bachelor’s in Business, Master’s Degree in Communication and several professional certifications. Alice is an honored member of the HR Southwest Speaker Hall of Fame. 

In April 2019, the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group became the Austin Alliance Group. As a member of this new and growing team, Alice will focus more time to public speaking, facilitation, working with clients in areas of Organizational Development and supporting them in building more cohesive workplace cultures.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before the close of business on the Monday prior to the event due to final headcount needed by the venue. Please note, refunds cannot be issued after the Monday prior to the event as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved.

By entering WilcoHR event premises, you consent to WilcoHR’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of your image or voice in photographs, video recording, and/or electronic reproductions.  Images and videos may be used on the WilcoHR's website, social media and for other purposes. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use of these materials.
