About the Presenter:



Julia Méndez-Achée

Principal Consultant

Julia Méndez (SHRM-CP, CAAP, CDR, PHR, CDP, CELS) has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with OFCCP compliance reviews and offering technical assistance with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity programs.  She’s responsible for creating and delivering client training on equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, and other topics.

Ms. Méndez holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration, an MBA, and a Master’s in Professional Counseling.  She is a certified Affirmative Action Professional, Certified Diversity Professional, Certified Disability Recruiter, and Certified Employment Law Specialist.  She also hold two certifications in Human Resources.

She serves, by appointment of the Governor of Louisiana, on the Louisiana Commission on Human Rights.




Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received before the close of business on the Monday prior to the event due to final headcount needed by the venue. Please note, refunds cannot be issued after the Monday prior to the event as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved.
