In a perfect world employees and managers would always conduct business ethically.  Unfortunately, that is not always the case.  Companies are realizing the importance of establishing ethics programs within their organization.  Establishing strong ethical business practices can result in developing an esteemed company reputation that keeps customers and employees.  This presentation will provide the steps for planning and implementing an ethics program in your organization.

The training objectives are:

  • To understand the meaning of business ethics and why it is important to the success of an organization.
  • To learn the seven steps for implementing an ethics program.
  • To share ideas and best practices for incorporating ethical practices in all phases of the employment life cycle.
