Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Prior to July 15th – 50% refundable
July 16th – August 17th – 30% refundable
After August 17th – nonrefundable
However, you may transfer your registration to another individual.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least two (2) days prior to the conference date.

To request a transfer, please contact communications@wilcohr.org with the original registrant’s name and the full contact information of the replacement attendee.
